Every Sunday morning, as believers and seekers alike, we gather together. The day starts instrumental at 9:00 am, and it continues until 9:45 am. This is a relaxed, laid-back time that we use primarily for building relationships. We enjoy a steaming cup of coffee, perhaps with a dash of cream or a sprinkle of sugar, and partake of tasty, sweet donuts. It’s a wonderful opportunity to catch up after a week apart, share laughter, and deepen our connections with others in the community.
As the clock ticks gently to 10:00 am, the tone of our gathering shifts. Until 11:30 am, we create an atmosphere of sacredness and reverence. It’s the time we set aside–our holy hour and a half–for praise and worship. Our voices come together, raising lovely and resonant notes in honor of the divine. In our service, we open our hearts, baring our souls in song and prayer. We revel in the beauty of unity, even as we cherish every individual voice.
On Wednesday evenings, once again, we come to congregate. At 6:30 pm sharp, everyone gathers for another fulfilling time of learning and fellowship. Wednesdays are a mid-week beacon, helping us to keep spiritually connected and reinforcing the sense of community until we meet next. We feed each other–not just with food and drink–but with wisdom, love, encouragement. These nights are special. They’re when we come together to learn more about our faith, share insights we’ve gleaned and spend quality time with our spiritual family.
